Attendance

Attendance pulls your weekly attendance from CCB and turns it into numbers you can act on: how many came, who's new, who's becoming a regular and who's starting to drift away.

Words you'll see

  • Grouping: one or more CCB groups you want to count together, like "Wednesday Night" or "Sunday Kids". Pick the grouping you're looking at in the top bar, or All.
  • Meeting: a date when the grouping's groups met. Groups that met the same day are combined, and someone in two of them that night counts once.
  • Care: optional tracking that labels each person Active, Drifting or Inactive based on how often they come.
  • Season: a date range you're tracking, like "Fall 2026". Care starts fresh each season.

Get started

  1. Set up your first grouping and sync.
  2. Turn on Care and add seasons.
  3. Optional: create a welcome link for first-time families.

Why doesn't the total match CCB?

See Reading your numbers. The short version: leaders aren't counted, people in two groups on the same night count once and late entries can be moved to your meeting day.
