Members and leaders

Members​

Members is a list of everyone currently in a group.

  • Views: All members, No parent email and Multi-group (in more than one group).
  • Search by name or parent email. Filter, Sort and Group by grade, gender or group.
  • Export downloads the list with parent contacts and CCB IDs.

Click a person to see their parents' contact info, their groups, recent attendance and every group they've been in with dates. Click a group to open it.

To add or remove members, open the group. See The roster.

Leaders​

Leaders shows each group and its leaders.

The colored dot on each leader shows whether they're cleared to serve in that group's ministry, based on the Volunteers tool:

  • Green: active volunteer, cleared to serve.
  • Yellow: onboarding in progress.
  • Red: not cleared to serve.
  • No dot: Volunteers isn't turned on.

Click a leader to see their contact info, positions and the groups they lead, then Open in Volunteers for their full record.

To change leaders, open the group. See Leaders.
