Posts

The Posts tab has news and announcements from your ministry. New posts are at the top, then pinned posts, celebrations and older posts.

Tap a post to read it. Depending on the post, you can:

Polls, sign-ups and RSVPs you haven't answered also show in your To do list on Home.

Staff who publish in a ministry can post from the app too.

On Posts, tap +.
Tap the title to name it and tap Cover to pick a color or photo.
Tap Add block to add text, images, a poll, sign-up slots, an event, a lesson and more.
Tap Publish. Choose when, who sees it, whether comments are allowed and whether to Send a push notification.

After publishing, tap Seen X of Y to see who's read it and Remind them to nudge people who haven't.

Most staff find it easier to write posts on a computer. See Posts.

The Events tab lists what's coming up.

Tap an event to see the details, location and who's going.
If it asks, tap I'm going or Can't make it. Tap the other one if your plans change.
Tap Add to my calendar to save it to your phone's calendar, or Open in maps for directions.

If your church uses training, find it under Me > Training > Your courses, or in To do on Home.

Open a course and tap a lesson.
Watch the video.
Tap Answer the questions and work through them, or Mark this lesson done if there aren't any.
On the last question, tap Finish this lesson.

Tap Done at the top to save your answers and finish later.

Tap the bell on Home for your Inbox: new posts and events you've been notified about. Tap one to open it, or Mark all read.

The Me tab has your profile, badges and settings.

Tap the pencil to change your photo, name, birthday, phone and anything your church asks about you. Your email can't be changed here; ask your staff.
Badges: tap See progress to see what you're working toward.
Notifications: see Notifications.
Sign out. Do this on a shared phone.
