Sign Ups
Track registrations, payments, and forms for camps, retreats, VBS, and more.
What it does
Sign Ups gives you a registration page for your workspace where families pick the event they want and sign up. You get a roster, payment ledger, and follow-up tools, all linked to your workspace.

Key concepts
- Event (sometimes called a "trip") is the thing people register for. Examples: Summer Camp 2026, Fall Retreat, VBS Week.
- Registrant is a person registered for an event, usually a camper or attendee.
- Form is the set of questions you ask during registration. You can have shared forms reused across events.
- Pricing tier is a price level on an event (e.g. Early Bird, Regular, Late) with optional date cutoffs.
- Payment is a charge against a registrant's balance. Families can pay online or you can record offline payments.
- Family Portal is a token-protected page where parents can review balances and pay later, without signing in.
- Financial Aid (scholarships) lets families apply for partial or full coverage, with admin approval.
- Assignments group registrants into cabins, teams, or other buckets per event.

Getting set up
If you've never used Sign Ups before, follow these in order:
- Create your first event
- Build or attach a form
- Set up pricing tiers
- Share your workspace registration page with families
- Manage registrants as they come in
The event picker
Most pages in Sign Ups are scoped to one event at a time. Use the event picker in the top toolbar to switch between events or view "All Events".
The event picker hides archived events. Switch an event to "Active" in Settings if it disappears unexpectedly.
