Integrations
Integrations connect Ministry Toolkit to the other systems your church uses. They're set up once for the whole workspace, not per tool.
Go to your avatar > Workspace Settings > Integrations. Click Details on a card to set it up. Only Administrators can change integrations.
Church database

Only one church database can be connected. CCB is the only one supported today.
Texting: Clearstream
Clearstream lets Follow Up add people to a Clearstream text list when you check them off a board. That list can kick off a text workflow you've built in Clearstream.
- In Clearstream, go to Settings > API and copy your API key.
- In Ministry Toolkit, open Integrations > Clearstream.
- Paste it into API Key and click Save & Test. You should see Connected!
- Pick a list on a Follow Up stage. See Set up check-off.
People without a phone number on file are skipped.
Forms: DocuSeal
DocuSeal marks Sign Ups forms complete when a parent signs them in DocuSeal. It checks during each Sign Ups sync and matches the signer to a guardian's email. It doesn't send forms for you.
- In DocuSeal, go to Settings > API and copy your API key.
- Open Integrations > DocuSeal and turn it on.
- Paste the API Key and click Test.
- Click Save.

Email
The name families see on emails, the reply-to address and sending from your own domain are under Email, not Integrations. See Email settings.
